Rooftop Tavern is seated right in the heart of Morrison, CO atop our sister restaurant and longtime Morrison staple, Tony Rigatoni’s. After operating for several years as ‘Vinny’s Bar’, owners Gary Conte and Reza Ardehali made the decision to knock the roof off of their longtime banquet room, exposing a rooftop patio and thus transforming Vinny’s Bar into the Rooftop Tavern, Morrison’s first rooftop establishment. Featuring views of Red Rocks, the town’s best revolving lineup of craft brews, and some of the best bar food in the front range, Rooftop Tavern is a must for any concertgoer, hiker or weekend getaway.
Wow! Beautiful roof top tavern. The surrounding area is breath taking to eat away lol. Now the food was delicious. We had the meat cheese platter sampler the garlic bread pizza and the three meat balls.
Love this place! Just popped in for a drink and snack and was happily surprised at how good the food was! Those meatballs are so yummy. It was a cool experience to share with my family on our way to red rocks.
After a hike and tour of the red rocks amphitheater, we were looking for a lunch spot with beer to reward ourselves. Wanted a quick bite to eat and landed upon roof top tavern...
I recommend checking out their patio. This bar has a cool vibe and right on the way to our show at Red Rocks. We tried their meatballs and enjoyed them.
Salads were really good - added chicken breast to them. Frozé was fantastic - very boozy just like the waitress said. The hard seltzer on the other hand seemed flat and flavorless.
