Rooftop Tavern is seated right in the heart of Morrison, CO atop our sister restaurant and longtime Morrison staple, Tony Rigatoni’s. After operating for several years as ‘Vinny’s Bar’, owners Gary Conte and Reza Ardehali made the decision to knock the roof off of their longtime banquet room, exposing a rooftop patio and thus transforming Vinny’s Bar into the Rooftop Tavern, Morrison’s first rooftop establishment. Featuring views of Red Rocks, the town’s best revolving lineup of craft brews, and some of the best bar food and pizza in the front range, Rooftop Tavern is a must for any concert-goer, hiker or weekend getaway.
